“How did you end up in human resources after spending 14 years in Procter & Gamble – selling diapers and shampoo?” – and so they asked. Ironically, while my key role at P&G was in Customer Business Development, the insights that I left the company with were around the importance of leadership, culture and people. We recruited with vigour, practised a leadership style that not only envisioned but engaged our organization. And we saw the business grow and celebrated the success. ConnectOne was founded in 2010 with those same nuggets of wisdom – a continuation of a journey that I started in Procter & Gamble. Since 2013, we have partnered with the regional tech start-up and innovation ecosystem and proud to claim that we are on a mission to help founders hire and build great teams. We have listened to countless founders' dreams, witnessed their pains & gains, supported their growth and celebrated their success. My days are also peppered with career conversations with talented individuals. And the positive impact of those encounters continues to energize and affirm this path that I have chosen. “Find your voice and inspire others to find theirs" - Stephen Covey Specialities: Executive Recruitment, Coaching, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement.
